I’ve been here about 5 times and the food, drinks and service have been amazing and consistent each time. I love the filet, salmon, Caesar salad, meatballs, and their mashed potatoes are to die for. I’m pretty picky and their mashed potatoes are better than some high end steakhouses I’ve been to. The drinks are quite strong too, they aren’t stingy with the alcohol. No complaints, lol. The food portions are great and the quality is 10/10 making it the most incredible value.I live about 35 min from here and will continue to make the drive out here! This place is in my rotation of favorite restaurants and I love getting to support a local vs chain.

Honestly just really delicious food and good service. Great vibe too. I have been twice and each time was phenomenal. I wish I could buy an entire bottle of the honey mustard sauce, it’s delicious.

One of our favorites. Seeing some of the reviews, we know with any restaurant, they have times they are off or there may be a glitch... But they quickly handle such concerns with professionalism and great customer service. Their triple dip appetizer is great. I especially love the white queso. The Hillside Trio Platter is one of my favorites allowing me to choose several options and sample so many of their fantastic sides...Do not skip the street corn! Always ask for the bourbon sauce with your fish... And the chicken fingers are the best ever (and I'm not even a chicken finger fan... Just hooked on theirs). Give them a try... Great service, beautiful atmosphere, and fun place for family and friends.

We reserved a table for 2 at 7:00pm on a Friday. Arrived early at 6:45. We were asked to wait for a table. After a 15 minute wait, we were seated right around 7:00. Walk-ins were being told 45-60 minutes.Waiter was extremely good but a little stressed and rushed. Staff was obviously spread pretty thin. Runners delivered our drinks fairly fast. But red wine was quite warm at about 85 degrees, which was disappointing.Cajun pasta was "OK"... plenty of shrimp and sausage, but mostly just a giant bowl of pasta. Sausage was definitely NOT Andouille. Shrimp was a bit overcooked. Sauce was uninspired... no bell peppers, no onions, no spices, no interesting ingredients. Sauce was watery and lacked flavor. Some Tabasco livened it up a bit. Same dish at BJs and Cheesecake Factory is MUCH more flavorful and not as pricey. My wife had the Club Salad and a cup of tomato soup. She reported that all was quite good. Though she did return the lemon vinaigrette for a different balsamic vinaigrette dressing. She reported that her Mexican Candy Margarita was "OK, not great."Overall, we had a nice experience. But probably will not return. There are lots of other great options in Highland Village that we'd like to try. The Hillside experience was definitely above average but not 5 stars by any stretch.
